Facilities in the Apartment

The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge/dining area, which in the cooler months is also the heating. We have satellite TV, DVD, CD and an assortment of films to choose from. The fully fitted kitchen also has a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. Both bedrooms are doubles, one with an en-suite shower/bath and an additional fully fitted family bathroom with shower/bath. A hairdryer is also available. In the lounge there is sleeping for 2 on the Sofa Bed. The dining area of the lounge has seating for 6, and outside on the large terrace there is seating for 6, as well as space for the sun loungers. On the second terrace there is seating for 4 +. All linen and towels are provided as well as 4 beach towels plus a full clean. Mid-week cleans can be arranged. The apartment is situated in a private complex with electric entrance gates and each apartment has its own parking area.

Places to Go Things to Do

As well as Golf, the island can provide (free) tennis/ volleyball and basketball facilities. Also available are water sports, fishing, cycling, horse riding, walking, beach or lakeside relaxation. With its mild climate it's perfect for winter sun or Golf breaks. Sightseeing in Seville is a must and it's possible to visit, Cadiz/Jerez in a day, although with so much to see you might consider an overnight stay. For the beach lovers there are too many to choose from, either in Spain or just across the boarder in Portugal, all with fine golden sand.

Just a few minutes car drive to the magnificent 7km beach which even in the height of the season is 'never' crowded. There are also opportunities for fishing both river and sea, cycling and sightseeing. Seville is just 1 1/4 hours away and there is a nature reserve approx 40mins away. We are on the Spanish/Portugal border which is a 3km drive or a short ferry ride away. Ayamonte is a safe family orientated friendly town, which prides itself on its cleanliness, parks and gardens. It is a renowned venue for classical music in the autumn and their residents enjoy their festivals as well as a good standard of living. The immaculately kept gardens on the private complex house a large adult swimming pool (open from Easter – October with an attendant present) as well as a smaller children pool/swings. Just a short walk away is a 5 star hotel as well as free sports amenities (already mentioned) together with access to the golf clubhouse, where food and refreshments are available.

  periods of seven nights inclusive. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
• Non smokers please. No pets. No cot or highchair facilities available. A refundable breakages deposit
  is required on booking. Our management company is on hand for any problems that may arise.
